Shashi’s professional journey spans over a decade in IT leadership and service delivery. At Provate, he leads global teams across India and the U.S., aligning technology operations with business strategy. Shashi has worked hands-on in areas like ITSM transformation, cybersecurity, cloud migration, and 24x7 NOC/SOC support models.
